Standards of AC power

Can you explain the standards of electricity in your country?
This could be useful for ther people when they want to use imported devices.
I am asking for voltage, phase, safety grounds and so on.

CZECH REPUBLIC
and some other states in europe

three-pinned outlet, two circular holes and one circular pin in the middle above the two holes.

left hole - Phase, 230VAC, 50Hz
right hole - Neutral
central pin - safety ground, in the breaker box connected with neutral

New Zealand and Australia, 230volts MEN (multiple earthed neutral)
Looking at a socket, the top left angled pin is Phase, the top right opposite angled pin is Neutral, and the lower centre vertical pin is earth. Colour codes are..
Red or Brown = Phase
Black or Blue = Neutral
Green or Green/yellow = Earth

for the Reg home devices such as tv or radio plugs
all over the world there's only two kinds
110V or 220 V

which one is in your house ? and what ever you do keep yo fingers away from the little holes in the wall........... :D
