actualy, i have designed a PCB circuit using trax maker. but,my friend have told me that the size of one of the component in the trax maker which is PIC is not as same as the actual size of the PIC. is it true???
I'm not familiar with that app. Does it have the ability to print the file in the actual size? If so, you can use the printed foil pattern and a ruler (or the actual device) to see if the outline of the device footprint is accurate.
traxmaker can make own library and can create own pad size. If u use DIP-## (dual in line package) component u can get actual size of ICs. If dont like that pad size u can repair that pads.
