Stabel volvtage from sensor

    Pages 15 &16 on the datasheet have implementations that would make your readings much better. When transmitting through wire over 10m, it's time to use another method of communication. For instance, page 15 describes making the sensor into a current source. or you can go a digital route with the temperature to frequency converter of page 16, for a noise resistant solution.

    Otherwise, some capacitors and voltage buffers and might help, though I wouldn't bet on it...

    That one is a no go,
    It comes out with negative voltage if temperature is under 0 C.
    That's why i use the one i do.

    but maybe the current booster will do the trick,..
