I have problem with finding the RF AMP transistor --- SRF 2976.
Can anyone help?

 

That number does not seem to turn anything up. Got any other numbers? What are the operating parameters?

It appears to be an old motorola part. I would check with them regarding a replacement, or call these guys to see what they can do for you:

the transistor is used to the circuit that HF 30Mhz ,AM & SSB ,Last Stage AMP, 250mW(TIP) output

 

I had tried the MRF479. Maybe its' output capacitance is to big or other. when the Frequence reach 11Mhz,the output power reduce too much.

Do you have the schematic where this transistor is used?
This would give probably a better idea for a replacement.
