Hi I am using the processor AM3359. The datasheet says it can source with a capacitance of 20pf. This is followed by a buffer SN74LVC3G07DCUR.
I have 24 loads of 5 pf each. So 120PF.
wILL i BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH THIS

I dont understand you are driving 24 SPI receivers with a single output from the buffer? A schematic would be very useful...

In any case the clock speed would be a of importance when you are concerned with input and output capacitance.
