While I like the new spell check format, it has some deficiencies. It needs a better dictionary. Today, I typed "architech." It highlighted the word as misspelled, but offered no suggestions! (architect was the intent)

I find I have to customize any dictionary. My Word had to learn a lot of new words with this last submission, electronics isn't its strong suite. What is needed is a way to universally add certain words. Datasheet isn't very popular for example.

well.Choices are all wrong,is there only one spell check
across the board ? I also notice that my work disapears.
Some one has changed the system and it don't work as
good as before.Who control spell check? I have trouble
with all of it, my fault.

Are you using Outlook Express, or what?

If OE Express, go to Tools in your e-mail, go to Options, and click on Spellcheck. What language shows? There is a known bug with MS Office 2007 (maybe some other things too) that gives an incorrect/incomplete dictionary, but calls it "French."

There are fixes for it, but not from Microsoft.
