I have been searching for the datasheet for a M9661-39 and M9661-39R and need some help finding them ????
I tied but can't seem to find anything .....

Could you provide a little more information? What is this device? Is it an op-amp? Microcontroller? Transistor?

Judging by the numbers, I would guess they're probably specialized components from a specific company for a specific set of devices, but without more information about what it is, I can't see how I can help.

It's a power Diode

 

It looks from a search it is a Lincoln Electric in-house number for a welder diode.
If so it most likely is a 60/120Hz and shows as a stud rectifier, if you know the details of the application it should be easy to sub it?
