Help me... I need information about special diodes.
such as schottky, varactor,varristor, current-regulator, step- recovery, light-emitting,seven segment display photodiode, optocoupler and lazer didoed,,, help me to find their functions, operation, descriptions, symbols, internal constructions and sample bias in circuits.
