Oh, I didn't know it is a useless project for school work.

Why doesn't your teacher have a useful project?
LOL...:D

Sir, I do/discuss lots of projects and most are Very complex and complicated even for experienced *big boyz* here!

I haven't coded this one yet (will do it later) as I believe, although I am not experienced programmer and not a stupid one either...lol, coding is the easiest thing in a embedded design ans always comes last!

I am actually designing (with a pen and paper) another project much more interresting and I have an unfinished Huge project too as I am a bit stuck lol (for now)

Also, I try to discuss stuff here only when I am stuck...and always try to show personal effort and understanding first.

I'll soon discuss a useful one *as you call it* in general elecronics tchat!:)

Thanks again Sir!

Hello,

Perhaps you can make a lookup table for the tones.
The ADC value can be "translated" to the delay needed to create the correct tone.

Thanks for your comment!

I have a clear picture in my mind on how I would implement it in software...and of course there will be a lookup table as I explain in post #20 with suggestion of Markd77 on post #21

thanks!
