Hi everybody,

I am looking for a SOT23-6 component with Code Marking MHGAA. This is written on the top of the package.

Can someone tell me what is this part?

I have searched some marking code books available on the internet but did not find anytrhing. Currently I am not sure what the part can be. Possibly some voltage regulator.

That is a lot of writing on such a small package. I am guessing that some of the characters are the manufacturer logo. Can you give us a picture?

 

Hi RichardO, you might be right. Just check the picture. The marking code could be HGA. But not sure. The first characrer looks a bit as M but it may be the logo. Some HGA was What do you think?

Wow, that is a lot of letters on such a small package. I think the first letter is an "M". I wonder why the last "A" is underlined...

It looks like some reverse engineering is in order. What parts connect to the "MHGAA" pins?
