Sony TV 9 LED Blinks 9 times

I have a TV that does not seem to work when I press the power button the LED blinks 9 times to indicate an error message. Is there anyone who can provide any insight into this error and how to go about repairing this?

Wich sony TV is it (type number)?
eserviceinfo has more than 1000 files on sony tv's.

I appreciate your input the model number is KV36FS120. I did check the website eserviceinfo and it appears they have some useful information. Thank You
