I am always looking for ways to better understand electronics in which I am going to school part time for Mechatronics systems ,which will take me 3 more years to complete. I have found this web page http://amasci.com/amateur/transis.html. I would like some feedback on what you all think of the explanations from the author of this article, as to if I should take note of it for better understanding or dismiss it all together. Quite frankly, Beaty's stuff has come up here in the past. His explanations do not particularly advance the cause of electronics.
