Most inductor cores (powdered metal or ferrite) are made and labeled by one company (e.g. Magnetics, micrometals, Arnold, TDK), but they are wound by another company. I believe Cintex and Vishay are the only two companies making a wound SMD inductor in one shot.

In any case, the labels on inductors are often meaningless in terms of inductance.
