You do need to provide a picture or some other information.

What type of circuit is it?
    Do you have a schematic?
    Name and model number?

The circuit has 3 SMD LEDs in it.

The model number, serial numbers are erased on the top of the diode.

    As nerdegutta stated...

Any of this information pertaining to the circuit board itself would be helpful in identifying the diode in question. You have to help us a little in order for us to help you. You are the one with the circuit in front of you.
