So... Turns out that you were right. I guess.. A Linear Voltage Regulator not only sucks.. at least the one I bought (SPX2940 - VLDO Voltage Regulator IC)

So here's a little video showing a DC-DC Step up Voltage (BOOST) Module in action. It works VERY WELL. Besides the fact, unlike the above SPX 2940, it has a little delay when plugging it in, and the phone begins to charge. There's like a 3 - 4 second delay before charging happens, but it charges the phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) about 10 times faster then the above SPX2940 IC. Here's the results, on exactly how fast it really charges and a video in 1080p @ 30FPS @ 20Mbps with -1 EV Almost perfect lighting to show it working & charging the phone. Now all I have to do now is get my VAPE3D Sleds, buy a Hammond Project Enclosure.

- Here's the Analysis - Gotta wait till I get my 240vdc 1A & 10A fuses from Mouser Monday or Tuesday to do a measurement on the output current this thing puts out.. But for now, here's how fast it charges.

Also.. here's where you can buy this.. Can also buy it from eBay from China, but if you want it faster, it's available on Amazon Prime for $9 with free 2 day shipping.

AMAZON PRIME : RioRand Mini DC Power Converter Step Up Module 3V to 5V 1A USB Charge for MP3/MP4/Phone

Charges (Battery %) iPhone 4S faster. Because iPhone has a smaller capacity battery. 1,900mAh vs. 2,100mAh

01.32 - 56%
02.36 - 57% (1M 04S)
04.11 - 58% (1M 35S)
05.44 - 59% (1M 33S)

Enjoy. :)

Thanks for the help guys, now I can't stop buying & watching videos on how to make these bad boys on YouTube & eBay.
