The TL431 generates oscillations, these drive a high voltage transistor which turns on a coil.
Is it worth breadboarding it? I'd like to light up a small neon lamp from a battery.
I have a circuit which can do it with one 1.5v battery, but it cant light up the green one's, need more voltage.
Maybe the driving waveform isnt ideal, its kindof a sawtooth
