I'm trying to make a narrow bandpass filter for my transceiver. I was wondering if can an op amp with a slew rate of 16V/μs be used for a frequency at around 90 MHz?

 

Do the math.

at 16V / uSec your opamp could change only by 16 / 90 / 2 V in a half cycle, or 88mV.

Chances are an op amp with a slew rate of only 16V/μs also has a gain-bandwidth too low to provide any significant gain at 90MHz as required by an active filter at that frequency. Generally active filters are not used at those frequencies because of the very high bandwidth required by the amplifiers.
