Hello!

I have a need to control the slew rate of the VDD applied to my chip for testing. Anyone has any idea how can I do that without any complicated circuit or equipment/

Thanks.

What limits of slew rate do you want? Something like a constant current source, but re-settable to a desired current, and a small capacitor comes to mind.

In the alternative, check the datasheets for any of the newer OP-amps. They will show the apparatus for measuring slew rate. John

Read this website here for how to build an integrator using an op-amp

http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_3/chpt_8/11.html

An integrator will give you an output voltage rising linearly depending on the value of the constant voltage at its input. Hence, the output's slew rate is controlled by a dc signal at the op-amp's input.
