why does the resistance is used before the capacitor ,which is in parallel with input capacitor?

first, the resistor is not in parallel with the capacitor, it is in series. Second, it is probably threre to represent that the voltage source is not ideal. Every voltage source has some output resistance; in the case of an ideal source this resistance is 0 ohms; but in the real world it will be some real value.
