Hi, I would like to generate sine wave signals in the frequency range 0Hz - 30KHz based on the control input (0 - 10VDC). Can someone post a working circuit/chip for the same?

 

One of the easiest ways is to use a function generator ic.

XR2206 is the one you want. It's only $3.18.

Though you'll need a battery for the low end... 0 Hz?
