Do you know where can i simulate circuits containing some IC like SG3525, HCC4047, etc.?
I have multisim 7 and Circuit Maker 2000, but i don´t find these and other ICs in these programs. What do you suggest me?

    HI,

Check the manufacturer's web pages. Most seem to offer spice modelling spec's for their products.

    Hi,

Wish I could be of more help, but I'm not familiar with either chip. Assume, though, that the one that starts with the "SG" is made by Signetics. Go to their site, and search for the device. If it's there, look for the technical information. Besides the spec sheet, there is often a spice file, too.

If you can figure out who makes the chips, you should find your information.
