Hello am in need of a software that can simulate PIC and power system. Equipments like generators, circuit breakers, busbars, and the rest.

Hello guys, came up with an idea of using SCADA software to emulate a substation am to work on. I haven't not dealt with it before but my question is: Will i be able to apply inputs and show outs using this software? I was hoping to draw the whole substation on a SCADA and show all the possibilities.
