Here is a page with IR's available PSPICE and ORCAD models for their gate drivers:
    http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/

They do not have a model listed for the IR2111. You may not want to use it anyway, as it has 700nS dead time.

    Vahe,
none of the links you posted work.
The International Rectifier PSPICE model download page is here:
    http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/

The IR2111 is not a half bridge rectifier; it is a half bridge driver.

SgtWookie ... you are absolutely right -- I should have tested them before posting. I need better quality control :)

I had a model of an IR2112 in one of my working directories and I had saved these links in a text file some time ago. Apparently, the links are now stale. I will now do 50 pushups as my punishment!

    LOL!

It seems to be a hazard nowadays - many of the electronics manufacturers have re-vamped their websites, and I'm getting lots of "404 - page not found" errors if I follow links from other websites; it's probably because they want people to come to their home page and perform searches from there. That way they can show more products to the prospective customer.
