    Hi everyone!

I'm trying to work out how to simulate a hall effect throttle in multisim, but so far haven't had much luck.

Anybody have any ideas how I can achieve this?

What are the characteristics of the hall effect throttle that you are trying to simulate? Is it a variable output voltage or a variable resistance?

Variable output voltage, from 0.75 at zero position and 3.75 at full position.

I tried using a voltage regulator, but that didn't work too well.

Why don't you simply use a voltage source, with a pulse output, starting voltage 0.75v, end 3.75, with a rise time of whatever you need?

    Thanks sarge,
the answer is so obvious once someone more experienced tells you!
