ok i dont see how is the voltage divided between the 2 and 5k resistors. going into the terminals in this operational amplifier circuit

-----R (2k)--- (-) inverting
|
-----R(5k)---- (+) noninverting
|
3v

Try drawing your schematic using a graphics program (like Windows Paint) or preferably using a simulation tool, like Linear Technology's free SwitcherCad:
http://www.linear.com

or TI's Tina
(website access to there is down for me at the moment)

or ExpressPCB: (you can draw schematics, but no SPICE simulation)
http://www.expresspcb.com/

or Cadsoft's Eagle Layout Editor (freeware version can do schematics & small PCB's, SPICE is a $200 add-on from another company)
http://www.cadsoftusa.com/
