I was intrigued by this thread in Homework Help and took it as an educational challenge: MOD-60 counter with .... I am posting it here with a different title to disguise my response and not give the answer directly to the OP.

Can someone take a look at my approach and comment? I have one issue that I am not satisfied with, but want comments, too.
