Guys does this make sense, my diode current increases as the temperature decreases ?

This could be true if the diode is the current-limiting factor, since the internal voltage drop does decrease with lowered temperature.

Oh wait, I just read the title. I was thinking of a normal silicon rectifier diode. The same thing may apply to your photodiode but I admit ignorance about that.
