    Hi every one
does anyone know why the voltage decreases form 100V to about 65V when I shortcircuit the secondary side of a variable transfomer?
    shouldn't the ovoltage stay constant?
    Thanks

Every transformer has internal resistance. Keep shorting it out and it will soon have infinite resistance!
