    f(w_1,w_2,w_3)=\overline{w_1}w_3+w_2\overline{w_3}<br />
f(w_1,w_2,w_3)=\overline{w_1}\cdot f(w_1=0,w2,w3)+w_1\cdot f(w_1=1,w2,w3)

    Does sthis help?
