I have been researching as a idiot about a certain device I became aware of & wonder if you could tell me more about it &/or where I could learn about and get hold of the technology if you can't help me directly & if you've heard about this technology being used in the UK etc recently, can you please answer &/or advise me?

Here are some of the things the device does;

false traffic weight & noise including airbourne with vibrations
intelligent voice changer with multiple voices going on at once, learning from each other
brain manipulation pulling & pushing subjects false confessions
listening device with projection over miles

 

One device does all that? Were you reading James Bond, Harry Potter, Popular Mechanics or watching the History Channel... or simply dreaming?
