for Silicon$E_g = 1.1eV \ \ and \ \ N_c=N_v=2 x 10^19 cm^{-3} \ \$

doped with $5 * 10^{16} \ donors \ and \ E_c-E_d=30meV.$

The temperature range is 10K to 600 K.

Calculate conductivity of silicon.

conductivity = σ = eμn, assume that μ(T)=constant and $μ_e \>> \ μ_h[\tex]

(electron mobility is much more than hole mobility,

I am having problem in figuring out what equation to use to find the value conductivity because this problem is different from the one i have in book." alt=" μ_e=1000[\tex]
