    Hello,

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to find a good book on BJT's, JFET and MOSFET biasing, theory and with application circuits? Doesn't have to be all in one single book...

    Thanks

I don't know about the current edition, but I thought Sedra and Smith was a pretty decent text.

I'll second this, though I haven't used Malvino before.

    Hello,

You might be interested in the following pages of the EDUCYPEDIA:
    Transistor
    JFET
    Mosfet's

Each page has a lot of links on the mentioned subject.

Like no other book on the subject, I've appreciated the clarity of his expository writing along with a complete lack of fluff. Add to that a detailed design analysis of meaningful example circuits.

    Thanks

Let me know how it works for you. I've been over it several times and if I can dig it out, I'll try to answer any questions that I can.
