i have attach files... i have already purchase the igbt.. but for the selection of the driver, i do have some trouble doing calculation for the peak gate current and base on the driver data sheet, how to see the output current for the driver???

IGBT's like MOSFET's are voltage driven on their gates. The current from the driver will only "charge" the gate capacitance faster. But in the end, the gate will only use as much current as necessary to reach the gate voltage needed. The driver you show is probably 'overkill' for the igbt, it's a pretty powerful one 14amps.

Not knowing what circuit it will go in makes it harder to help you.

 

The peak gate current is determined by how much current the driver can deliver.
