Selecting High impedance Resistors

Hi,

I want to be able to select one of 7 different Resistors at a time. I thought I could use a multiplexer but the resistances vary from 10 Mohm to 1kohm. The problem is that the impedance of the switches is about 1-2 Mohm when off and being in parallel it affects the resistances. I need something that has a much higher off resistance. I was looking at the CLV4051 from TI but that one has the low resistance. I found some reed relay modules, RM05-8A from Meder, but they are expensive. I was just wondering if anybody had a similar problem and how they solved it.
