In the attempt of trying to develop the handheld for one of our designs,I need to select an LCD Graphic module.
Came to know CoG(Chip on Glass) doesnot need any extrenal controller and can be directly interfaced with Micro.
Please suggest how to proceed and whether we need any external memory as well when we have anm LCD module in our design.
Also, wanted to know how slow the LCD interface could become if we use a serial interface say I2C in the place of 8-bit parallel interface from the Micro.
