i was given a challenge project. i need to make a scrolling text using 1digit 7 segment display. i have knowledge in common anode and common cathode display and how to use it with 7447 and 7448 decoder. the problem is that i don't know how to do it if i'm going to make a 5 letter word appear using more than one 7 segment display. i need to make a scrolling dLSUd shifting to the left continuously. from the instructions, i also need to attach a reset button that whenever i "push" it in any position of the "dLSUd", the scrolling must be reset.

and if i'm going to push reset button it must go back to the first output no matter what the position of the output is.
I don't know where to start. I need to use common cathode display. I also need to simulate it on a Multisim software version 11.0.
