Dears,
how would be an on-site wiring to test perfomance of SCRs
using a resitive load (lamp,heater..)
i would like also to disengage the firing circuit and probably using the 220v supply to feed the gate,how about the constrains?
wiring?

Quite seriously, from your post, you should not attempt to do this by yourself. You can injure or kill yourself when using 220 VAC. An SCR needs a proper firing circuit when used on the AC mains. Instructing you via this forum would be dangerous. Take if from somebody who has worked on thse circuits -please find somebody with experience in this area and do not attempt to do this yourself.
