Are there PCB designers who can take my hand drawn schematic? They would need to draw the schematic for schematic capture, and then lay out the 4 layer PCB. Then supply me the drawn schematic and the PCB files.

Sure.. Whats it worth to you?
I'll do it for $60/hr and expect 3 hours or more and numerous questions on applicable standards/ creepage & clearance distances/ EMI&EMC concerns/ ESD mitigation/ manufacturing and assembly concerns, etc...

Why is it so hard for you to learn one of the schematic drawing applications?

Maybe he just doesn't have time? There's plenty of money to be made from people who want something done but don't have time to do it themselves. I'm very much a do it myself kind of person, and even I get so busy sometimes that I have to pay 3rd parties to do things for me so that I can get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

If the schematics is hand drawn, why not upload one of them, to show what you've done, and want people to do?
