I bought a S2 with broken screen and replaced it with a new one. The phone works fine, I can call, surf, play music etc., but when i plug in the charger, nothing happens, if I plug it into the computer there's no response in either Windows or Kies.

I've got 2 more broken S2's for parts, so I tried changing the PCB with the USB connector on it without result.

I can see a couple of small copper connectors on both the mainboard and USB PCB that might be closing a circut when the case is mounted on the phone, perhaps to prevent you from being able to have it turned on when its disasembled?

May it be the case that something prevents the circuts to be closed, and preventing me from being able to charge it? Or am I way off?
