my objective is to set it in real time.

I have established the I2C connection but I just can't figure out the proper sequence of operation. any help?

 

Paragraph 2.9 in the data sheet details how to write data into the various registers as defined in paragraph 2. You use standard I2C protocol to perform this function.

You need to understand the I2C protocol and the function of the various pins as shown in Table 1.

 

I understand the writing sequence, Iam saying is there special conditions to satisfy before writing?

 

You just need to meet the timing requirements for the I2C signal.
