Hello everyone, long story short i'm stuck in the house for the next few days and fancy building an Arduino-clone. I have a pre-programmed Arduino Atmega328 (From an official retailer aswell) but I haven't got an FTDI cable. I just want a quick lashup so is where any way I can just use a serial port and a MAX232 for level shifting?

I found this schematic which is for the Atmega168, which i'm told is the same as the 328, but with half the flash memory. Can anyone say wether this will work?
