I search after sites in electronic / mechanics / computer for teachers that teach in high school (16 – 19 years old)
These Sites are of the education government ministry in every country that write in English

How about the Dallas Personal Robotics Group?

    http://www.dprg.org/

They have some nice online resources. You will note I'm naming organizations that are local to me. I would suggest a search for ones near you. Since you don't have your location as part of your profile we are flying blind.

For a while I was president of SWARC, SouthWest Association of Robotic Combat.
