rise time and fall time calculations

Hi

As capacitive load changes there will be change in Rise/fall time.if i have to calculate rise time and fall time for diff. capacitive loads (CL), how should i find it if i know L_pin , R_pin and C_pin (IC-Driver pin L/R/C) and Die capacitance of IC?
