As an unpaid Ham Radio enthusiast, I have measured hundreds more RF parameters in receivers, preamplifiers, transmitters, antennas, feedlines, modulators, demodulators, grounds, etc....
This sounds like where they have you sit down at a bench. Insert a board into a jig. Press a series of buttons....look at a series of indicators........and then put board in good pile or bad pile.
The title of the job was rf test tech.
