    Hello all,

Could any body please recommend me an RF simulation software. The upper limit of simulated frequency is 150Mhz, I'm not looking for microwave simulators which I can not understand or use.

I intend to simulate AM, SW and FM transmiters and receivers.

    any help is appreciated.

I have simulated transmitters and super regenerative receivers at 390 MHz with PSPICE and got results very close to my measurements. In specific cases it even indicated the same spurious radiations I saw on a spectrum analyzer.

I am not saying that you can simply draw a circuit in PSPICE and click simulate and get good results. You have be able to enter the correct initial conditions and create models for components that don't exist in PSPICE. Reading up or even taking classes in SPICE will help you get good results.
