Can I reverse a unidirectional pmdc motor with a KBMD-240D control box that has a fwd/rev switch on it.

By unidirectional PMDC motor I am guessing this is one of the Uni-directional Tread Mill motors?
If so, it can be reversed but it is less efficient in the opposite direction.
The brushes are offset for this reason.
If it is a standard DC motor then you can reverse it, no problem.

It normally says on the Label either CW or CCW dir.
But if you can see the brushes and they are directly in line with the centre of the commutator then it is OK to reverse.
