Need help on assignment:

Hopefully soeone can help me. I need to design a counter using JK flipflops that counts from 0 to 10. Not a big deal. Here is my problem I also need it to reverse at 10 then count bactk to zero and then back to ten etc.... I think i would need to use an additional flip flop to accomplish but not sure how to intergrate this

Get a data sheet for a 74190 BCD up/down counter to see how it can be done.
