Reverse output

    When you say "reverse", are your reversing a motor? If so, you will need a DPDT relay or an H-Bridge.

    space at stair too small and led only 5v 150mA then i prefer to use a mosfet only,

    I still do not understand "reverse". Can you post a block diagram of what you are attempting to do?

    he means that ebay tool gives o/p of 0v when it senses something. otherwise the o/p rests @ 5v.

    he wants o/p in reverse order. i.e. 0 under normal conditions, 5v when sensing stuff. :D

    This sensor output feed to mosfet

    standard infra red distance sensor "when met object = 0V otherwise 5v",
    then i want "when met object =5v otherwise 0V".

    sorry i dont understand how to post a pict.

    You need an inverter (e.g. consisting of a single transistor plus a couple of resistors) between the sensor and the mosfet gate.
