Can anybody explain me which of the two inductor will be in resonance with the Capacitor and why it is a resonant filter ? According to me it should be a high pass filter, but even after reading the explanation provided on the site, I am unable to understand.

 

By inspection, since it has series Ls and a shunt C, then it is a basically a low-pass filter. It may exhibit some resonance near its corner frequency. Lets see:
