    Hi
I wanted to know about any websites which allow viewing good research papers for free.

    Thanks

Surprised you didn't know about this one. I thought everyone did.

But this is mainly physics, not much electronics there. For electronics, IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits is perhaps the most interesting one - unfortunately, you can't get it for free.

    Hi Salil

    There are a few options
    1) Do a search in google.scholar.com. Some papers are directly linked there in pdf format.
    2) Sign up for the IEEE membership and get papers from IEEE Xplore.
    3) If you are attending college, maybe your library will subscribe to academic databases and you can use their network to access the papers.

That is true but the OP asked about research papers period full stop. He did not specify what he was looking for in any further detail than "free". I gave him free - now you think he wants more?
